This is one of my favourite sauces to turn to when I want to impress my guests. Its creamy texture and the happy blend of flavourful ingredients, including prosciutto and mushrooms, make it ideal with fresh pasta. Make sure to add lots of grated parmigiano reggiano and you can’t go wrong.
Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomato, tomato juice, citric acid), Mushrooms, Cream 35% (cream, milk, microcrystalline cellulose, carrageenan, cellulose gum), Green and white onion, Prosciutto (Pork, salt), Extra virgin olive oil, Butter unsalted, Sea salt, Basil, Garlic, Spices.
